the process of discussing what car to get, pricing and features were an overall good experience and all my questions were answered satisfactory. However, I felt the day of receiving the car, everything was super rushed, attention to detail was bad.

Charlie always keeps me informed as to how the service is going and offers great customer support, the videos from the health check let's you see for yourself the condition of your car and very informative, I run two older mini's so that is great.
