This is the second mini I have purchased and on the first occasion I had an excellent experience with a really friendly and highly motivated sales guy. This time my experience was not as good, i found them disinterested.

I keep returning to Barons at Farnborough(where I bought this Mini) as they have always been very professional and friendly, and recognise me as a loyal Mini customer and treat me a such. Sadly the other dealer I have dealt with has not been so good.

My car was picked up from home and delivered back to me the same day by helpful people. I was kept informed as to what the problem was and what had been done to rectify it. And it had been washed too!

I have received much better service previously. I had to keep calling for information as no one updated me. my appointment was in the morning, I dropped the car off the day before. For some reason my car was not even started in until 3.00pm.

Work completed as requested and on time.
I was kept up to date on the production of the car and when it was expected and where it was. There were no problems at all.

Our new car was ready on time BUT unfortunately it had the wrong number plate on we had to tell the salesman who didrun off to get the correct plate.

The service was nothing special.
In for repair under warranty. Did not receive promised call to advise car ready for collection & was presented with a health check for c£800 of work - its a two year old car! Two tyres quoted at £147 each. Kwik fit price £85 each. Not impressed.
