Not perfect. Longish wait to drop off car
My appointment time was changed the day before my car was due in.

Told urgent front pads & disc needed that it does not (I have photo evidence). Invoiced for brake fluid service that was inc. in TLC! 'Service' did not even top up radiator water, just 'advised' needed some oil, which it did not (photo evidence)
I said I needed to get to a hospital appointment. I also asked for a courtesy car of the latest model as I am thinking of getting a new car. I was kept waiting (not long but I was in a hurry), and I was given a diesal (I have petrol) and no satnav

When I booked the service I told the adviser my rubber mats were faulty she said the engineer would look on the day. I was told on the day they were now out of warranty but they werent when I booked it. This was not my fault so unfair..
The work needed was carried out without any problems but we had to ring to find out if the car was ready and it took half an hour for the adviser to ring back and confirm it was by which time we had driven there because it was getting late.

Trying to get in contact with the service team after my visit was a little time consuming.
Comfortable waiting area with good selection of refreshments. Car booked in for service at workshop but was disappointed that courtesy car not available for the day. This was always provided by Nissan.
I found the complete support system that Baron's provides highly professional and trouble free. Nothing seems too much effort and they have always gone above and beyond.

Efficient, friendly and very reasonable cost. This was pleasing, because I had one difficult experience with Barons of Farnborough in the past and as a result sought servicing elsewhere, but this time everyone was pleasant and helpful.

I couldn't get the temperature sensor replaced at the same time. I'm also not sure that the process of having someone to greet you that isn't a technician works very well - it just meant she had to keep going to and fro to speak to the Technician.
Because problem is on going, worse than when I bought it in, you've damaged my car. And cldnt even provide me with new tyre

Too much waiting around at beginning and end of service. Might have been better to check if clients could stagger delivery and collection times. Staff were polite and helpful, though.
